Since Oregon is drying up right now (no ice, no snow), I had to do something different, so I put a couple of beautiful roses in the freezer. I couldn't decide between these two.. They're certainly not extraordinary in any way, but here you go!

52 Fridays: young & old
I will admit I didn't take this shot this week. But ever since I learned this weeks theme, this image wouldn't leave my mind, I knew it was the only way to go. These are the hands of my daughter at age 4 and my Grandmother, almost 70 years old. We have always been fascinated by Grandma's beautiful rings. Inspired, Emmalee started collecting rings very early and it melted my heart to get this shot of them together a couple of years ago.

"In your fridge" is open to interpretation! These were on TOP of my fridge.
I thought they'd be prettier than the items growing INSIDE the fridge. :-)
