52 Fridays: Before & After

It's been over a year that I've been envisioning this office, dreaming of white walls and wide open desk space. So I made it happen.  Clutter be gone.

I can't wait to share with you the different DIY crafty decor projects I've been enveloping myself in.  For now, here's a quick look at my new office...

52 Fridays: Generations

I took these while visiting with family over the weekend.  The two outside is my husband with
our oldest niece, Sophie.  The middle image is my little brother with my daughter, Emmalee.

52 Fridays: LOVE

My 3-yr-old niece (left) and my 6-yr-old daughter (right)
We took these on Valentine's Day.
But when you love someone so much,
you just cannot narrow it down to one.
So I would like to show the rest of the set with you...

52 Fridays: Ice

Since Oregon is drying up right now (no ice, no snow), I had to do something different, so I put a couple of beautiful roses in the freezer.  I couldn't decide between these two..  They're certainly not extraordinary in any way, but here you go!

52 Fridays: young & old

I will admit I didn't take this shot this week.  But ever since I learned this weeks theme, this image wouldn't leave my mind, I knew it was the only way to go.  These are the hands of my daughter at age 4 and my Grandmother, almost 70 years old.  We have always been fascinated by Grandma's beautiful rings.  Inspired, Emmalee started collecting rings very early and it melted my heart to get this shot of them together a couple of years ago.
